Day 50: Juice Fasting – My weight loss transformation results, Before & After Pictures, My Stats

It has been 7 weeks since I started this weight loss and life altering project and I’ve survived the 40-day juice fast. Now, 10 days before the project is over, I must say I am very satisfied with the results. I’ve reached my first goal and am on the way to the next.

Getting back to eating food will probably stall the weight loss a bit before it gets back to shedding it again but that is ok with me… it is expected. Even though 10 days from now, the project will be over, I will continue to ear raw food to continue to lose the weight moving toward my ultimate goal of 190ish pounds. This will take a while but I know it is in on the horizon and I will be there soon.

Lets take a look at what we have today. Check out the before and after pictures below.

I think I am really shrinking! Those love-handles are still preventing me from wearing XL size shirts, although they feel good at the top. That’s ok, they will also shrink soon.

Here are the stats:

A loss of 41 pounds going from 278 pounds when I began this project, down to 237 pounds today. The blood pressure went from about 138/87 down to todays 118/73, that went down about 20 points. I lost 4 1/2 inches in the chest, 6 inches in the waist and 3 inches in the pants size. I’ve also been measuring my thighs just for fun and I’ve lost about 2 inches off of each thigh too. That’s a total of 17 inches off my body!

These are awesome results, you must agree. And reached in only 50 days… that is only 7 weeks, not even 2 months. And I wasn’t even following the rules of Juice Fasting as I was suppose to. You’re suppose to drink 80% vegetable and 20% fruit juices and I was trying to get at least one like that in per day, the other juices were more like the other way around. I suppose if I did follow the rules I would have lost more weight but hey, I can’t complain about losing 41 pounds in 50 days.

If you have not done this yet and have some pounds to lose, this is your answer! It’s calling you. You just need to define your goal. You need to figure out what it is you want to do and why. Make it a clear goal. Then start juicing and sink your fingers into that goal and don’t let go until you reach it.
