Juice Fasting – Green Lemon Ginger Blast Recipe – Juice Recipes

The Green Lemon Ginger Blast is one of the most amazing juices, it is refreshing and energizing, plus with all the greens in it, it is stuffed with Chlorophyll. This juice tastes like a lemonade on steroids and is perfect for breakfast or any time of day. Drink 32 oz of it in the morning on empty stomach and your morning is taken care of all the way till lunch.

On my juice fast I have 16 oz of it in the morning and then 2 hours later another juice, usually Green Lemonade.

Ingredients:

2 Apples
1 Lemon
2 inches of Ginger
Half bunch of Cilantro
Half bunch of Parsley
2 cups Water

Juice it all up and enjoy! Blending it with ice also works very well. Makes 32 oz of juice, chug it all or share it.
