Day 26: Juice Fasting, 5 x 16 oz Juices Today

I keep hearing that if you don’t have enough juices in a day the weight loss slows down and in fact, that is exactly what I have been experiencing lately. So today, we’re going to change things up a bit and add more juice… and also more water. I am going to try to do at least 64 oz of juice and 64 oz of water. That will be the goal.

Instead of calling these juices, “Breakfast”, “Lunch” and “Dinner” I am just going to number them… it makes it easier.

Favorite Juices Alert (all of the juices below are awesome and we will be making them again!)

Juice #1 was a simple Oranges, Spinach and Carrots juice. It tasted really good. I think I am getting the hang of making juices enjoyable. (And no, I am not going to go 100% vegetable all the time, don’t even tell me that, lol)

Juice #2 was when I started making them at least 16oz each. As you will see in the video, it was a lot of food! The juice was Carrots, Spinach, Mixed Greens and Apples. Another really good one. This made a nice 2 16oz glasses plus a little bit extra.

Juice #3 was kinda similar to #2 but we added a beet. So this one is Mixed Greens, Carrots, A Beet and Apples. Another good one… we’re 3 for 3 today. Awesome!

Juice #4 was a little on the desert side…or a little bit of a smoothie. I wasted to add some banana to it so I did and also added raspberries. This juice had Mixed Greens, Kale, Romaine, Carrots, Apple, Oranges, a Banana and Raspberries. As you would assume, the banana and raspberries had to be blended into the juice.

Juice #5 was a simple Carrots and Apples juice. I did find a lonely Kiwi at the end and added it in into the blender and also threw in a banana. Today is just a banana day I guess.

I must say, I thought that would be a lot of juice for one day but I handled it alright, it all fit in just fine without a problem. Maybe my body actually was starving before.. I dont know. We’ll see tomorrow and the next couple of days how it handles it, in terms of weight loss. Ok, until next time.
