Day 52: Juice Fasting Exit – Raw Burritos or Tacos Recipe

Every day there is something new on my plate… Today for dinter I made some awesome raw burritos, or you could call them tacos, I am not sure but they did taste amazing. I think avocado really makes anything taste amazing. In this recipe I used it as the glue that brought all the rest of the ingredients together.

For breakfast I had a carrot-dandelion juice… We were out of fruits so that was the only thing I could have. Plus I wanted to juice something with Jenni as she is still on juice for a few more days. Wanted to sort of be there with her. Love you honey!

Those raw nori rolls were so good yesterday and I had a bunch fo ingredients left over do that was my lunch. I tried having them with the soy sauce and wasabi sauce I made but it was way too salty so I just had it with the asian sauce I made instead. Soo good!

Raw Burritos or Tacos Recipe

1 head of lettuce
1 cup of cherry tomatoes
1 avocado
1 clove of garlic
1/2 zucchini
1/2 cucumber
1/4 red bell pepper
1/4 green bell pepper
1/2 jalapeno
1/2 red hot pepper
1/2 onion
1/2 cup corn
bottle of your favorite taco sauce

For dinner it was time for some raw burritos slash tacos. I found the recipe in a raw food recipes book but I didn’t like their recipe so I just looked at the picture and concocted my own version from the ingredients I had around.

You take all the ingredients but lettuce and taco sauce and mix it all together. I started by smashing the avocado and mixing it with garlic, and then added the rest of the stuff. Wrapping it in the lettuce with a little taco sauce… AMAZING!!! You should try it, seriously!
