Day 54: Juice Fasting Exit – Carrot Raisin Salad & Raw Burritos Recipe

That carrot raisin salad was delicious. We had it for lunch today. I made so much that we still had a little left to have with our raw burritos for dinner. The carrot salad recipe is not included on this video but you will find out how to get it if you watch the video.

Ok, I will just tell you, the recipe for it and a bunch of other videos that I am not adding to the blog are available to those who subscribes to my YouTube channel. Subscribe at YouTube.com/GeekGrass. You will however see another version of my favorite raw burritos on this video. I can eat these every day, the avocado and garlic base will never get old for me.

So my mornings basically start with 2 – 16 oz bottles of water and then followed by an apple. Usually about 11 o’clock I will have something else light, maybe a banana, or another apple. After that, about 2 o’clock I will have lunch. And today it was the awesome carrot raisin salad. For dinner we had the left over carrot raisin salad and also the raw burritos. Here is how I made them.

Raw Burritos Recipe

1 head of Lettuce
4 Avocados
4 cloves of Garlic
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Cucumber
2 Zucchini
2 cups of Cherry Tomatoes

First you mash the avocado with the minced garlic together in a big bowl, then toss in the rest of the ingredients and mix them together. I like to chop my veggies up in to small pieces so they are easy to load up onto the lettuce. Now you have your filling so just grab a leaf of lettuce and spoon some filling on it and enjoy!
