Weight Loss Day 111: Surviving The Holidays

Trying to lose weight durring holidays is almost impossible… I don’t know how people do it. I decided that I am going to do the best I can to keep my regular meals as healthy as possible and let the special dinners and stuff be feasts. The days after Christmas though are full of left-overs so that is not good. We’ve been eating those for the last 2 days and I am starting to feel it.

I don’t know if it’s having cooked food or just not having as much living, raw foods that is making me feel to awful but I know that it must end. Today, I am having me some juice and will be having lots of veggies. My body needs it.

In the morning I had a Ginger Lemon Blast juice which was soo good. Later I had a Green Lemonade and it was also just amazing. For lunch I had some salads and some more left overs from Christmas, but I tried to keep it as healthy as possible, having as much veggies as possible.

Before dinner, we went shopping and bought lots of veggies that I’ve been craving and did I already say this before, “Organic produce is expensive!!”? Yeah, it is!! But then, who said that food was suppose to be cheap?

Anyway, EAT WELL! Stay Healthy! Eat Living Foods!!
