Banana Romaine Kiwi Smoothie – Raw Food Recipe

Banana Romaine & Kiwi smoothie will energize you and will get you going with the chlorophyll, from Romaine lettuce, delivering abundant amounts of oxygen directly into your body, blood, cells, brain and organs. You will also get a nice boost of power and clarity from the banana. The Kiwi is rich in Potassium , which together with the banana is a super Potassium booster and is awesome for lowering blood pressure.

Ingredients:

2 Bananas
1 head of Romaine Lettuce
1 Kiwi
1 Apple
1 cup of Water

Add water and romaine to the blender and blend until all the lettuce is ground up, then add bananas, kiwi and apple & blend until smooth. Power up!
