Juice Fasting – Lemon Ginger Blast Recipe – Juice Recipes

The Lemon Ginger Blast is one of the most amazing juices, it is refreshing and energizing. It tastes like a lemonade on steroids and is perfect for breakfast. Drink 32 oz of it in the morning on empty stomach and your morning is taken care of all the way till lunch. On my juice fast I have 16 oz of it in the morning and then 2 hours later another juice, usually Green Lemonade.


2 Apples
1 Lemon
2 inches of Ginger
2 cups Water

Juice it all up and enjoy! Blending it with ice also works very well. Makes 32 oz of juice, chug it all or share it.
